Business Analyst - Government Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support government‑focused projects, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You will help shape solutions that meet strict security, governance and quality standards while driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend technology solutions, including system integration and workflow automation.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Produce business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and operations teams on design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories, assisting in sprint planning and conducting impact assessments for enhancements.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, solution rollout and user adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work closely with product owners, external vendors and cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
