Business Analyst

About the role

LiT Strategy, a boutique strategy consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to support its SME clients across Singapore and the ASEAN region. The role is junior‑level and offers hands‑on exposure to senior leadership and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering assigned consulting projects and developing business strategies.
• Support engagement teams in creating business plans for existing or new ventures.
• Liaise with clients, including C‑suite executives, to identify improvement areas and recommend growth actions.
• Present findings to client management and collaborate on implementation.
• Perform data analysis, test hypotheses, and build financial models to assess recommendation feasibility.
• Prepare proposals for prospective clients.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of consulting experience in Singapore or the ASEAN region.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
