Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the identification, assessment, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that improve business processes and operational outcomes. The role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and to ensure AI initiatives align with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical proficiency and industry best practices to support AI‑related initiatives and project delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and champion AI adoption across processes and functions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, converting them into clear functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented AI solutions, recommending continuous improvements.
• Evaluate and support integration of GenAI capabilities—including LLMs, AI‑assisted workflows, and prompt engineering—into data‑science products and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure responsible adoption of GenAI within governance and risk frameworks, addressing ethical use, explainability, and auditability.
• Prepare analysis, reports, presentations, and documentation to aid decision‑making and project delivery.
• Partner with Production Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver enterprise data‑science platforms and scale GenAI‑powered product features.

Required profile

• Effective communicator and collaborative partner.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in supporting AI or data‑science initiatives is a plus.
