Business Analyst (Product Insights)

About the role

Activate Interactive, a technology consultancy in Singapore, is hiring a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Westgate, Jurong. The role drives product outcomes by turning data and user insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses to identify the problem space and opportunity size.
• Evaluate existing solutions to find unique opportunities or areas of synergy.
• Run user interviews and gather insights to shape the problem statement.
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics and build dashboards to track them.
• Analyse results after release to spot areas for improvement.
• Assess the impact of requested changes and the reasonableness of resource requirements.

Required profile

• Proven record of collecting and synthesising data to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end experience working with a product team to build products.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer science or product management degree or diploma is a plus.
