About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive B2B sales of our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, paid social, content creation, website development and PSG Grant‑supported solutions. The role is based in Singapore and involves a mix of cold‑calling, networking and strategic outreach to grow our client base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential SME clients through cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Assess client challenges and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and pitches.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide competitive recommendations.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably with cold‑calling.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal‑oriented, resilient and motivated by financial growth.
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
