Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Consultant to own and grow our Singapore market. You will work within an international framework, collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters to deliver ERP solutions to local clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads independently and together with the telemarketing team.
• Develop deep product knowledge of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos to prospects.
• Prepare quotations and tailored business proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress and consistently work towards annual sales targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience selling ERP or related software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders up to the C‑suite level.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
