Business Development Executive (C&I)

About the role

The Business Development Executive will help expand Eigen Energy's footprint in Singapore, focusing on solar and electric‑vehicle charging solutions. You will work closely with marketing and operations to generate leads and support after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
• Conduct regular on‑site client visits to identify, qualify and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams at all relationship levels.
• Proactively liaise with contacts to manage relationships, uncover new opportunities and maximise sales.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction through meetings, engagement and project execution.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Working experience in solar is preferred, but candidates from other backgrounds are welcome (training provided).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and willingness to learn.
