Business Development Executive – Clients & Markets

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (or Senior Executive) to expand Forvis Mazars’ client base in Singapore across Outsourcing and Tax services. The role focuses on building pipelines, nurturing relationships with finance leaders and business owners, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospects in Outsourcing, Tax and related advisory services, creating a strong pipeline through market research, networking and referrals.
• Prepare tailored proposals, credentials decks and engagement letters in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop structured account and pursuit plans for priority industries and monitor pipeline progress using NetSuite or other CRM tools.
• Represent the firm at industry events, seminars and webinars, and coordinate event logistics with marketing and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, client relationship management or professional services sales, preferably in accounting, tax or consulting firms.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple pursuits and events simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience creating professional presentations and proposal decks.
