Business Development Executive – Contract Logistics & Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new sales opportunities in contract logistics and warehouse solutions. The role will focus on acquiring new customers, managing the end‑to‑end set‑up of accounts and ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new warehouse sales opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across business divisions to align strategies.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and prepare professional proposals.
• Prepare periodic reports and meet submission deadlines.
• Analyse data to develop insights for proposals and internal decisions.
• Lead project set‑ups for new accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and handover.
• Maintain regular business reviews post‑onboarding to enhance satisfaction.
• Propose KPI tracking frameworks, performance reviews and operational improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience in logistics (customer or service provider side).
• At least 5 years in warehouse sales or business development.
• Proven project‑leadership experience in new account set‑ups.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
• Demonstrated track record of sales and customer acquisition in logistics/warehousing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented, able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
