About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Singapore team. In this entry‑level position you will represent well‑known global brands, engaging directly with customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Conduct face‑to‑face sales and marketing engagements on behalf of client brands.
Achieve or exceed individual performance targets on a regular basis.
Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships through professional interaction.
Continuously improve sales capabilities through hands‑on training and feedback.

Required profile

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
No prior experience required; any sales or customer‑service background is a plus.

Required skills

Effective verbal communication.
Basic computer literacy.
