Business Development Executive

About the role

Kensington Trust Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to support the Director, Head of Client Relationship. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities and building relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and intermediaries in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities across high‑net‑worth, tax, legal, private banking and financial services segments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and pitches that showcase the firm’s trust and fiduciary services.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for existing clients and act as the primary client‑facing representative for intermediaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience.
• Support company‑wide business development initiatives and administrative client service tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, business development, client service or onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Risk‑aware with a client‑centric mindset.
