Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue by identifying and securing B2B opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client portfolio in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and negotiate business terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps and expansion opportunities.
• Submit timely reports to track progress and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2‑5 years of B2B services experience with a proven record of exceeding performance objectives.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
