Business Development Executive

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Business Development Executive based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role covers identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the full sales process and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows and career fairs.
• Manage the full sales process, including needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation and follow-up.
• Prepare client proposals, quotations, contracts and other necessary documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business development.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Confident engaging stakeholders from middle management to senior decision-makers.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Client acquisition and account growth.

What we offer

• Salary range of $4,000-$6,000.
• 0-20% monthly performance-related pay.
• 2% monthly medical allowance.
