Business Development Executive – Manufacturing (APAC)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand and manage strategic manufacturing client relationships across the APAC region. You will open new client interactions, drive account growth and collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish new client engagements across aerospace, automotive, defence and industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Serve as the primary client interface for the assigned region(s).
• Identify, qualify, propose and close opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client priorities and shaping solutions.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager of Client Services to execute account strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within manufacturing or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete opportunity lifecycle.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior and executive‑level contacts.
• Client‑facing, results‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
