Business Development Executive – Media Sales

About the role

UNFOLD Asia is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive media sales and build lasting client relationships across its digital brands. The role focuses on generating new business, crafting proposals, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver tailored content solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, cold emailing and cold calling.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, securing retainer contracts and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop content strategies and media plans that align with client objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, media plans and pitches on a daily basis.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure timely communication and professional service throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience in media or advertising sales with a strong network of agency contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate long‑term deals and understand the value of sponsored content.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
