Business Development Executive – Precious Metals

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will identify and secure new business opportunities in the precious metal recycling sector, converting leads into long‑term client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source scrap containing precious metals such as autocatalytic converters from businesses and individuals across Singapore and the region.
• Evaluate purchasing decisions to ensure profitability of each transaction.
• Prepare tailored proposals and contracts based on metal valuations and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics affecting precious metal demand.
• Assess business performance, drive operational improvements and uncover new opportunities while mitigating risks.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow existing accounts.
• Track and document trade transactions to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Update the CRM system weekly with supplier details, leads and follow‑up statuses.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Persistent and outgoing personality.
• Driving licence is a plus.
