Business Development Executive (Urgent Hiring)

About the role

UNFOLD Asia is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive media sales and build lasting client relationships across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with creative teams to design tailored content solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and onboard new clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to secure retainer contracts and long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop content strategies aligned with client goals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within current accounts.
• Deliver timely communication and ensure project deliverables meet deadlines.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and new opportunities in media and advertising.
• Prepare daily media plans and proposals that align with client objectives and UNFOLD Asia’s offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience in media or advertising sales.
• Strong network of agency contacts and client relationships in the local or regional market.
• Ability to articulate the value of sponsored content and creator collaborations.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence at all seniority levels.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
