About the role

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and attract corporate and high‑net‑worth clients across Singapore. You will work from our central Bugis office, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored business setup, tax, and immigration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion targeting corporate and HNW clients.
• Analyse client profiles and challenges to design customised solutions covering business setup, tax structuring, and outbound immigration.
• Lead public seminars, host webinars, and deliver high‑level presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Guide, train, and supervise the Business Development team to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with corporate secretariat, tax, and case‑management departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain strong sales performance and achieve targets under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or consulting experience in corporate services, accounting & tax, migration, wealth management, business development or family‑office sectors.
• Existing client base or experience in event speaking, personal branding, and private traffic generation.
• Excellent client communication, solution design, and cross‑border relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and execute growth strategies.
