Business Development Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the sale of data transformation and AI solutions across multi‑cloud platforms. The role involves shaping client strategies, leading large‑scale consulting engagements, and expanding our footprint in the digital transformation market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, propose, and close opportunities for data transformation, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end consulting and program execution engagements with enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in cloud, AI/ML, modern data architecture, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and account management within data, analytics, or AI domains.
• Proven consultative selling experience with a track record of large‑scale deals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, master data management, data governance, and data quality.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Knowledge of data modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation practices.
