Business Development Manager – Green Building & Landscaping

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in green building and landscaping solutions. You will expand Sika's market presence in Singapore by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with partners, designers, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth plans in collaboration with senior leadership to meet revenue and market expansion targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to promote urban greenery products and solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify new business leads through market research and networking within the green building sector.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging and ensure product fit.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to pinpoint untapped niches and refine strategies.
