Business Development Manager

About the role

AXS Drive is expanding its mobility and automotive ecosystem and seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate partnership growth and revenue expansion. The role is ideal for a strong deal‑maker who thrives on building pipelines, negotiating commercial structures, and closing partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships within the mobility and automotive ecosystem.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to negotiation and contract execution.
• Structure commercially viable partnerships and manage a robust pipeline with clear conversion accountability.
• Drive new revenue streams beyond traditional payment processing and negotiate terms that ensure sustainable margins.
• Translate opportunities into structured business cases for internal approval and deliver revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to launch partnerships efficiently.
• Ensure timely implementation and go‑live of signed deals and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven track record of closing complex commercial deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to build a pipeline independently and drive deals to completion.
• Comfortable operating in a growth‑stage, performance‑driven environment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, mobility, automotive, or platform ecosystems.
