Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will partner directly with senior partners across multiple practice groups to shape client strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive high‑impact business development initiatives throughout Singapore and the broader Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic pitches and pursuit processes for new client engagements.
• Drive client targeting, cross‑selling initiatives, and partner business development planning.
• Develop and manage key client relationship programmes and thought‑leadership campaigns.
• Organise client events, market engagement activities, and profile‑raising initiatives.
• Utilise market intelligence and data to support commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant business development experience within a leading law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong commercial instincts and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Confidence to advise and influence senior partners.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑border initiatives.
