Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) at TRT will drive growth by positioning the company as the preferred partner for IT server storage and networking solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospect outreach to contract signing, while collaborating closely with the Telesales team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with TRT policies and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, including client communication, qualification, and deal closure.
• Work with Telesales – Lead Generation Associates to enhance prospecting and meet performance benchmarks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients, especially C‑level executives, to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate sales records in NetSuite.

Required profile

• Well‑organized with the ability to expedite complex sales cycles.
• Genuine interest in technically complex IT solutions.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and motivation to exceed targets.
• Goal‑oriented, willing to work beyond 40 hours per week to achieve results.
• Desire for personal and professional growth.

Required skills

• NetSuite (CRM/ERP) proficiency
