About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the identification and acquisition of new business partners in Singapore. The role combines strategic market planning with hands‑on execution to drive growth for our building maintenance and management services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to expand market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential business partners in the building maintenance, shopping mall, and apartment management sectors.
• Coordinate and lead project negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic foresight for long‑term business development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute business initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
