Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth of ICC Academy’s B2B portfolio by building relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, trade associations and academic institutions worldwide. You will expand the reach of our education and training solutions and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to achieve monthly revenue targets across assigned territories.
• Identify, pursue and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and position ICC Academy solutions effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for B2B clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, produce regular reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education, training or professional services.
• Proven track record of building relationships with multinational organisations and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of corporate training, professional development and certification markets.
