Business Development Manager - Property Management

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by securing new property management opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales and tender process. The role also involves identifying market opportunities to expand the business and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively identify, develop and secure new property management business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long‑term professional relationships with existing, new and potential clients, providing after‑sales support.
• Coordinate sales activities throughout the process, including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation and negotiation.
• Evaluate industry and business trends, performance and respond with necessary business changes.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, exploring both existing and new target markets.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality sales and tender documents and presentations.
• Maintain records and contract documents supporting tenders and re‑bids.
• Stay up‑to‑date with competitor activity, market trends and industry developments.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge across disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5–8 years of business development experience within the Property or Facilities Management industry.
• Strong judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
