Business Development Manager – Singapore

About the role

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation activities. You will work closely with government bodies, industry associations, and internal teams to design and deliver solutions for enterprise and SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales leads from strategic partnerships and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government organisations, chambers of commerce and industry associations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable industry solutions.
• Support sales teams in tender preparation, response and management.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring queries and issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with internal units such as DHL Global Forwarding, DHL Global Mail and DHL Supply Chain to maximise business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management skills, both external and internal.
• Experience in business development, partnership management or related commercial roles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
