Business Development Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are partnering with a leading provider of corporate services and business consultancy to recruit a Business Development Manager for Singapore. The role focuses on generating new leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across corporate and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new client leads and advise corporate clients on structuring, incorporation, licensing, accounting, taxation and related topics.
• Generate corporate partnerships through events, networking sessions and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage new client onboarding, including customer due diligence and KYC processes for the Group.
• Assist the Associate Director in developing sales lead channels.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports on new business opportunities as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing direct and indirect B2B sales channels, preferably in corporate, professional services, accounting or taxation.
• Proven “hunter” sales mindset with ability to prospect, build pipelines and close new business.
• Self‑driven, resilient and confident in cold outreach, negotiation and deal closing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and jurisdictions.
