Business Development & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development & Operations Executive to lead corporate onboarding and client reporting for our health‑tech platform. The role bridges sales, product, and support teams to ensure new corporate clients are set up efficiently and receive ongoing analytical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the transition from Business Development Manager to operational onboarding once a contract is signed.
• Configure client profiles in the backend, reflecting contractual requirements and guiding clients through technical and administrative setup on the app.
• Produce monthly usage reports covering MAU, engagement, medical service usage, claim categories and other key metrics.
• Audit client data regularly to guarantee reporting accuracy and supply datasets for quarterly reviews or renewals.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding journey to reduce time‑to‑live for new clients.
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding status, engagement timelines, and reporting schedules.
• Act as the primary liaison between BD, Customer Support, and Product/Engineering teams for client‑side technical issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Success, or Account Management (SaaS or app‑based environment preferred). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating technical processes for non‑technical stakeholders.
