Business Development & Operations Manager – F&B Catering

About the role

The Business Development and Operations Manager will drive the mobilisation of new F&B catering projects across Singapore. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure each outlet is licensed, equipped and ready for operation while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project mobilisation, covering licensing, outlet set‑up and operational readiness.
• Review tender specifications, contract requirements and compliance criteria.
• Prepare operational proposals and implementation plans for tender submissions.
• Coordinate renovation, equipment procurement, kitchen layout and site commissioning.
• Work closely with the Central Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout mobilisation and contract commencement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and operations within the F&B catering sector.
• Strong understanding of licensing, tender processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
