Business Development Representative – Malaysia Market

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales for the Malaysia market. You will work closely with Account Executives to create and qualify revenue opportunities for our AI‑powered CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline across enterprise accounts in Malaysia.
• Create and prioritize strategic target‑account lists and conduct cold‑calling, emailing and research to build new accounts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Engage senior executives in high‑level conversations to understand needs and position Salesforce’s On‑Demand model.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu for client conversations.
• Minimum 3 years of inside‑sales experience in the IT sector, including new‑business development and cold‑calling.
• Proven track record selling to Singapore‑based clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, high energy and a positive attitude.
• Self‑starter who can multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
