Business Development & Sales Executive – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive to drive growth in the road construction and civil engineering sectors. Based in West – Pioneer, Singapore, you will work closely with project, operations and finance teams to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies and manage a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate sales opportunities and manage the portfolio within road construction and civil engineering.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects.
• Develop sales strategies in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations and support due‑diligence processes.
• Manage sales projects and design effective sales structures.
• Build sales models, perform valuation analyses and monitor performance against growth targets.
• Collect, update and analyse data; perform sales modelling and track model accuracy.
• Collaborate with project, operations and finance teams to achieve shared sales goals.
• Oversee timely collection of customer payments and maintain transaction records.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, designers and contractors.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in road construction, building or civil engineering.
• Experience in sales project management and a strong sales‑analysis mindset.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and sales investment strategies.
• Comfortable with number‑crunching and technical assessments.
