Business Development Specialist – Healthcare Technology

About the role

We're looking for a driven, energetic, and proactive sales professional to help grow one of the most exciting healthcare technology companies in the region. This is a highly hands‑on, field‑based, hunter‑type role where success comes from meeting customers, building relationships, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, rehabilitation centres, clinics, nursing homes, and community care organisations.
• Proactively generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers throughout the sales process, prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and product teams to assist customer support and success.
• Represent Articares at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; background in life sciences, engineering, or healthcare is advantageous.
• Proven experience in business development and marketing within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
• Motivated, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with a strong drive to achieve performance goals.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for marketing analytics and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status; clinicians with OT, PT, or rehabilitation technology experience are welcome.
