Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Singapore office. In this full-time, on-site position you will drive lead generation, nurture prospects and secure new sales opportunities for our IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across target markets.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal product, sales and customer-service teams to streamline client interactions.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
• Support lead-generation initiatives and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
• Collaborate with sales and customer-service teams on client outreach and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the smart-buildings, IoT or facilities-management sector is a plus.
