Business Intern - Business Analytics

About the role

This Business Analytics internship reports to the Senior Director, Services Growth & Programs, APAC, and supports the program manager in delivering APAC service growth initiatives and platforms. The intern tracks, analyzes and communicates performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BI dashboards in Power BI to analyze market activity and extract leading indicators for strategic decisions
• Build simulation models to study seasonal trends and regional dynamics, supporting revenue forecasting and capacity planning
• Use DAX to create measures and understand data modeling, and use SQL for ETL, querying and data consolidation
• Turn business requirements into visualizations and reports
• Support the Program Management plan, including cadence planning, impact capturing and problem solving

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in business, engineering or data science and analytics
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship (preferred)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Microsoft Power BI, data modeling and visualization
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage
• Salesforce experience is a plus
