Business Manager (Strategy, Sales & Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Manager to lead strategy, sales and transformation initiatives across ANZ, Europe and Asia, including Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. You will help organisations re‑imagine customer experiences and generate new business opportunities for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and support negotiations with high‑value prospects.
• Identify, qualify and funnel high‑value opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Build first‑line relationships with prospective global accounts and understand their business challenges.
• Research key accounts, identify decision‑makers, generate interest and develop accounts.
• Route prospects and existing customers to the appropriate internal colleagues.
• Set up, attend and run qualification meetings alongside Account Executives and Solution Consultants.
• Maintain CRM, Outreach and other tools to capture activity and ensure smooth hand‑off.
• Lead project management, vendor evaluation and maintain technical fluency across product areas.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Business and Strategy Manager with consulting background.
• Proven track record in business development for enterprise software, consulting or transformation projects.
• Strong outbound sales and relationship‑building skills across organisational levels.
• Experience managing global markets, including AU, NZ and APAC.
• Positive, curious and engaging communication style across phone, social media and email.
