Business Operation Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Operation Support Executive to join our team at the Jurong Innovation District campus. The role focuses on analysing operational and financial data, understanding user needs and driving process improvements, including automation, to support our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Gather user requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable system or process changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, IT and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
• Review existing business processes and recommend enhancements, including adoption of automation tools.
• Support process redesign, documentation and compliance activities.
• Monitor key metrics, prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Build strong relationships across all levels to foster a collaborative, solution‑oriented environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, business analytics or process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
