About the role
The Business Partnership & Channel Development Executive will support Starbucks Singapore’s growth by executing partnership and channel strategies, primarily focused on corporate sales. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with corporate customers, delivering exceptional service, and collaborating across delivery, e‑commerce, loyalty and gifting channels.
Key responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales revenue by managing existing accounts and prospecting new corporate opportunities through cold‑calling, networking and industry research.
- Lead seasonal corporate campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) from planning through in‑market execution.
- Process end‑to‑end corporate orders, coordinate invoicing and payments with Finance, and ensure timely fulfilment of Starbucks cards, merchandise and bulk food & beverage orders.
- Maintain monthly KPI reporting, dashboards and performance metrics for the corporate sales function.
- Identify, evaluate and support new external business partnerships that expand channel reach, including delivery platforms, digital wallets and B2B merchandise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate new channels, execute co‑marketing initiatives and support cross‑functional projects.
