Business Planning Executive

About the role

LG Electronics Singapore is looking for a proactive Business Planning Executive to support strategic planning and improve overall business performance. The role works closely with headquarters and regional teams to launch new initiatives and ensure smooth branch establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently support cross‑functional business operations to launch new businesses and assist branch establishment in nearby countries.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues across Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
• Act as liaison between export sales and CFO functions, owning issue resolution for branch set‑up.
• Establish an effective support system with HQ, identifying risks and mitigating them for new initiatives.
• Lead preparation and coordination for the new ERP launch in 2026, providing emergency support and issue management.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting processes, delivering clear analysis and management‑level insights.
• Prepare and present Business Index reports, interpreting data for decision‑making.
• Conduct in‑depth data analysis, manage KPIs, identify performance gaps, and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business planning, operations or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
