Business Process Manager, Supply Chain APAC

About the role

LVMH's Beauty division is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Business Process Manager based in Singapore. The role combines core supply chain management, project management, technical management and people leadership, and focuses on building and leading APAC supply chain excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define the core value and vision of the APAC supply chain excellence teams and design a roadmap aligned with global objectives and regional needs.
• Lead change, drive digitalization and transformation, develop capacity, promote continuous improvement and support sustainability.
• Act as a liaison among Maisons, LFCS and APAC subsidiaries and across departments, keeping supply chain strategies aligned.
• Maintain regular communication with global and regional leaders and share best practices across regions.
• Work internally with Maisons Operations, LFCS departments, subsidiaries and Beauty Tech, and externally with suppliers of 3PL, automation and consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management within relevant industries.
• Open to regular travel as required.
