Business Solutions Director, Payments

About the role

Fireblocks is re‑platforming financial services onto a blockchain‑based stack and seeks a Business Solutions Director for Payments in APAC. You will partner with the Enterprise Accounts team to advise leading payment institutions and drive adoption of secure digital‑asset infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives in the payments sector, developing business cases and securing executive buy‑in for digital‑asset initiatives.
• Manage large, cross‑organizational consulting engagements and collaborate with the Enterprise Accounts team to close strategic accounts.
• Provide input to product strategy and go‑to‑market teams, translating market insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Conduct market research, produce internal reports and external thought‑leadership content, and develop solution frameworks, tools and templates.
• Coordinate closely with product, sales, marketing and R&D teams to deliver holistic, best‑in‑class solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in top‑tier management consulting or financial services, especially within payments strategy.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with blockchain and digital‑asset technologies such as institutional custody, tokenisation, trade finance or CBDCs.
• Proven ability to translate complex digital‑asset concepts into clear insights for non‑crypto audiences.
• Strong presentation skills with expertise in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Exceptional organisational capability, managing multiple concurrent projects and leading teams indirectly.
• Passion for client success, a proactive “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” work ethic and a quantitative academic background (MBA preferred).
