Butler – Luxury Villa Service

About the role

The Butler is the central point of the guest service experience at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, a luxury all‑villa resort. Reporting to the Head Butler, the role covers the full guest journey—from pre‑arrival planning to post‑stay follow‑up—ensuring every interaction is personalised, anticipatory and reflects the brand’s legendary hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Create personal connections with guests and manage daily briefings to capture guest preferences and function details.
• Customise check‑in procedures, villa set‑up, and orientation, including welcome drinks and bespoke itineraries.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs such as unpacking, packing, laundry, shoe‑shine, and special occasion celebrations.
• Coordinate with in‑villa dining, housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service, amenity replenishment and DND monitoring.
• Act as the liaison between guests and all hotel operations, handling enquiries promptly and communicating clearly with relevant teams.
• Oversee departure arrangements and post‑stay follow‑up to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Attentive listener with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, service‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Spa & Wellbeing teams.
• Knowledgeable about luxury hospitality operations and capable of personalising guest experiences.
• Professional, courteous and able to represent the hotel’s brand at the highest standard.
