Buyer (B3) – Procurement Role

About the role

As a Buyer you will purchase materials, supplies, machinery and services for state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities. You will work across teams, monitor inventory, manage delivery schedules, negotiate with suppliers and ensure essential items are procured to support our customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality.
• Execute and manage pull‑ins/push‑outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve supply issues with engineering, manufacturing and program managers.
• Drive purchasing activities to obtain the lowest cost while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Lead inventory and excess & waste reduction efforts.
• Manage assigned purchasing projects, controlling cost, schedule and scope.
• Handle complex, sensitive information with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and act as a trainer for purchasing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of purchasing or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to lead small projects and build consensus.
