C++ Developer – High‑Frequency Trading

About the role
We are partnering with a global high‑frequency trading (HFT) firm that is expanding its development teams. The company seeks experienced C++ developers to build and maintain ultra‑low‑latency trading applications that operate in fast‑moving financial markets.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain high‑performance C++ applications supporting core trading systems.
- Collaborate with traders, quant analysts, and other engineers to translate business requirements into efficient code.
- Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing high‑performance, low‑latency software.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience designing and implementing multi‑threaded and distributed applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Required skills
- C++ programming language.
