C++ Developer – High‑Frequency Trading

About the role

We are partnering with a global high‑frequency trading (HFT) firm that is expanding its development teams. The company seeks experienced C++ developers to build and maintain ultra‑low‑latency trading applications that operate in fast‑moving financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain high‑performance C++ applications supporting core trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quant analysts, and other engineers to translate business requirements into efficient code.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing high‑performance, low‑latency software.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience designing and implementing multi‑threaded and distributed applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
