Cafe Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our island‑wide café network in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, high food and beverage quality, and a profitable operation while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and direct staff scheduling, manpower planning, and daily operational procedures.
• Supervise and motivate café team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock levels and minimise waste.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales reporting and control operational expenses.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service‑related issues promptly.
• Train staff to improve product knowledge and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and overall ambience of the café.
• Support promotions, events and other activities to drive sales.
• Prepare basic operational reports and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a café or similar food‑and‑beverage outlet.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to manage inventory, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
