Campus Recruiter (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Campus Recruiter to join our team on a one‑year contract. You will work closely with our client to design and run internship programmes, helping to attract and select top university talent across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of structured internship programmes.
• Manage end‑to‑end internship processes including sourcing, recruitment, selection and offer management.
• Plan and deliver campus engagement initiatives for current and prospective interns.
• Organise campus outreach events, build alumni networks and explore collaborations with other business units.
• Contribute to digitisation and automation projects for candidate tracking, market research and talent intelligence.
• Provide assistance on ad‑hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of HR experience; recruitment or campus recruitment experience is an advantage.

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,700 – 4,200.
• Full‑time office based role in Raffles Place, Singapore.
• One‑year contract with the possibility of extension.
