Candidate Manager APAC

About the role

Timeo-Performance, an HR consultancy founded in 2008 that helps companies assess, build and develop teams and talents in APAC, is hiring a Candidate Manager APAC to join its Recruitment Team in Singapore. The role sits at the heart of the firm's recruitment services for its clients, managing candidates from sourcing through to the successful closure of each mission.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Lead Consultants to support them in sourcing and qualifying the best candidates for each recruitment mission
• Understand the client's business context and the job requirements thoroughly
• Contribute actively to the success of each mission with a creative, problem-solving approach
• Act as an ambassador of the Timeo-Performance brand towards candidates, clients and colleagues
• Follow Timeo-Performance processes and ways of working
• Take part in Recruitment team discussions and share ideas for continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a candidate manager or researcher in a recruitment agency
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources management
• Professional attitude throughout the recruitment process, with strong integrity, autonomy and ownership
