Carpenter – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team across Singapore. You will work on a variety of commercial and residential projects, installing and repairing structural woodwork while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics and composites.
• Fit and install window frames, doors, hardware and interior/exterior trim using levels, plumb bobs and laser levels.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for work at height.
• Read blueprints, sketches or building plans to determine dimensions and material requirements.
• Shape or cut materials to specifications with hand tools, machines or power saws.
• Build, repair or replace cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors and other wooden fixtures.
• Assemble and fasten frameworks using screws, nails, dowel pins or glue.
• Inspect and maintain worksite cleanliness and safety compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches.
• Strong knowledge of job‑site safety procedures and willingness to complete company safety orientation.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and alertness to maintain a safe workplace.
