Casual Server – Rise Restaurant

About the role

Join the Rise restaurant team at Marina Bay Sands as a Casual Server. You will be the face of the dining experience, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests while supporting your teammates in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, serve guests, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist team members with restaurant set‑up, stock checks, and utensil inspections before service.
• Handle guest requests, suggestive up‑selling, and provide thorough menu knowledge.
• Manage telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (O‑Level); a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in guest service or hospitality.
• Food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
