Category Manager (Beauty)

About the role

We are looking for a Category Manager (Beauty) to develop and execute our cluster strategy, drive promotions and support planning for the beauty segment. The role will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders to deliver compelling campaigns and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of cluster strategy, promotions and planning for the beauty category.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers/sellers, negotiate promotions and marketing spend, and ensure product availability.
• Plan and execute campaigns and loyalty programs in line with the cluster strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work cross‑functionally with teams such as the Campaign team to deliver strategic projects that improve the customer experience.
• Provide insights and ideas to grow key accounts and drive adoption of advertising solutions and campaigns across sellers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a brand or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to compare trends, generate insights and present findings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to clients in person.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to team performance and culture.
